📋 Primary Responsibilities

• Monitoring incoming safety information and routing it to appropriate projects
• Recording and tracking ICSR documentation per sponsor/customer specifications
• Redacting patient‑identifiable data following GCP, GVP, and data protection guidelines
• Assisting in case creation and data entry into safety databases
• Ensuring adherence to coding and data entry standards
• Supporting file creation, tracking, retention, and document management (TMF & PV systems)
• Coordinating translation of safety documents when required
• Assisting with query follow‑up and submission processes
• Supporting literature screening, data extraction, and safety coding
• Assisting with:
  • Narrative writing
  • MedDRA coding
  • Drug dictionary maintenance
• Supporting duplicate detection and ICSR reconciliation activities
• Participating in global PV activities such as:
  • xEVMPD validation
  • SPOR / IDMP activities
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, WIs, ICH‑GCP, and GVP guidelines
• Collaborating with internal teams and participating in audits if required

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm / Pharm.D / B.Pharm + MSc / BHMS / BDS / PhD (Pharmacy)
