- Provide overall support to Lead Medical Writers (LMWs) and project teams across Medical Writing Services projects, including administrative and document-related tasks.
- Manage project filing activities by organizing, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of all required project documents.
- Assist medical writers with project-related tasks, including supporting client communication, maintaining project files, and handling document archiving.
- Offer general administrative support such as coordinating meetings, preparing and sharing meeting minutes, and maintaining project trackers.
- Handle routine tasks like document organization, filing, and coordination activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support document development activities when required, including preparing quality control (QC) source document packages and managing SharePoint folders.
- Coordinate and schedule QC review processes, ensuring timelines are followed.
- Assist during document submission processes, ensuring all materials are properly prepared and compliant.
- Contribute to maintaining inspection readiness by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and well-organized.
