📋What You Will Do– Pharmacovigilance Services new Associate (Fresher) at Accenture
- Perform medical coding and drug coding for each ICSR using MedDRA and WHO‑Drug, following client guidelines and SOPs.
- Process Adverse Events (AEs), Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), and SUSARs in the Global Safety Database as per company and client procedures.
- Review and evaluate safety cases, including reporter and company causality assessment.
- Prepare case narratives and complete the E2B sender’s comment field according to client SOPs.
- Review safety case data and related PV documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Validate data and make corrections where required to ensure high data quality.
