Key Responsibilities – Clinical Project Coordinator
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and technical support to the Central Laboratory Services team.
- Check incoming requests for accuracy, complete them efficiently, and follow up with requestors when additional information is needed.
- Perform quality reviews on completed requests to ensure all details meet Labcorp’s standards.
- Generate and review Covance database reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage technical information related to departmental activities. Retrieve, update, and document project‑related data accurately.
- Communicate and coordinate with global Central Lab units regarding service definitions or process changes.
- Serve as a bridge between the Client Coordinator team and other Labcorp departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle internal and external communication tasks, ensuring updates and information flow are timely and accurate.
- Follow management communications, team meetings, and operational procedures consistently and effectively.
- Document service failures, resolve issues when possible, and escalate unresolved matters to management.
- Provide dedicated support to sponsors when requested by the Project Management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A student wih B.Pharm, M. Pharm degree
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology, essential for accurate interpretation and coding of clinical trial data.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently, apply critical thinking, and proactively resolve coding or data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and the ability to apply them consistently in daily tasks.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, along with organizational abilities and leadership qualities suitable for cross-functional collaboration.
