Key Responsibilities – Clinical Resource Analyst

  • Monitor and track resource requirements and assignments across projects.
  • You will be responsible for handling new resource requests, following up on them, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate project data in internal systems and effectively using resourcing dashboards will be a key part of your role.
  • Identify suitable candidates for project assignments based on client needs, employee experience, therapeutic expertise, location, and availability.
  • Support weekly resourcing activities by coordinating meetings and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Associate Directors, Directors, and senior leadership.
  • You will also help update assignment details, including roll-off dates, for clinical project teams.
  • Manage and share CVs as required, ensuring that all documents are up to date by coordinating with the CV administration team.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prioritize resource allocation for upcoming projects, proposals (RFPs), and bid defense activities.
  • Use resourcing tools and dashboards to review and validate reports, including monthly projections and utilization reports shared with senior management.
  • Identify available resources and support proposal submissions based on their experience and availability.
  • Contribute to special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field (life sciences or related background is preferred).
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role or any experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook, as these will be used regularly in daily tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle tasks efficiently and support smooth coordination across teams.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative abilities, with a focus on data handling and reporting.
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports, assignments, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
