๐ Primary Responsibilities โ Solution Design analyst
- Manage and coordinate the overall solution design process, ensuring clinical protocols are accurately mapped to software systems within the defined project scope.
- Gather, analyze, and document project requirements, and define solution design components to meet those needs effectively.
- Represent the Solutions Design team in client-facing meetings, providing subject matter expertise when required.
- Create and maintain detailed study-specific specifications for the implementation of Clarioโs products and services.
- Ensure consistency across data capture, data delivery, and database structures throughout the study lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the correct versions of licensed or copyrighted questionnaires are used.
- Support validation and quality control (QC) testing by identifying and resolving any design-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with different departments to investigate and resolve study-related issues that may arise beyond the initial setup phase.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across teams.
- Partner with Clinical Project Managers to ensure that client and sponsor requirements are met from a system and solution perspective.
- Participate in or lead design milestone meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Represent the Solutions Design team during client audits, explaining workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Support business development and project management teams by reviewing study protocols and proposals for new projects.
- Configure systems in alignment with design and configuration documents to ensure accurate implementation.
