Key Responsibilities – Pharmacovigilance Services new Associate (Fresher) at Accenture
- ICSR Case Processing: Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and end‑to‑end processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Follow‑Up & Narrative Writing: Manage case follow‑ups, draft clear case narratives, and support regulatory safety submissions as required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all safety activities comply with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements, including ICH and GVP standards.
- Quality & Documentation Support: Support quality checks, resolve queries, and maintain accurate safety documentation in line with SOPs and timelines.
