Key Responsibilities – Lab Central Project Coordinator I at Iqvia

  • Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects under minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to defined processes and timelines.
  • Complete all role‑specific trainings on time, including self‑learning modules, instructor‑led sessions, and acknowledgements of e‑SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Load and update active databases with accurate details of participating clinical sites.
  • Provision and manage Infosario Portal access for study stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure timely preparation and completion of regulatory dossier documents related to kit shipment, including:
    • Kit Contents Charts (KCC)
    • Packing Lists
    • Import Permits
  • Monitor and follow up on pending activities to ensure on‑time release of patient laboratory reports, coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure all documentation related to monitoring activities is complete, accurate, and readily available to maintain real‑time audit readiness.
  • Participate in departmental and process improvement initiatives, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement efforts..

Required Skills & Qualifications
