🧾 Job Responsibilities

  • Perform scientific fact-checking and medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials
  • Ensure clinical, statistical, and scientific accuracy of claims and references
  • Verify consistency of claims with approved product labels
  • Review and proofread medical content against source references
  • Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review teams
  • Work within Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms platforms
  • Support development of SRDs, FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, and training materials
  • Conduct literature searches using PubMed, Embase, Ovid, RightFind, etc.
  • Flag quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in client meetings and cross-functional discussions

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility requirements to apply for this pharma job:

  • Educational Qualification: PharmD / M.Pharm / M.S. Pharm / PhD / MBBS / BDS / MDS
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical review/Scientific writing
  • Strong understanding of clinical trials and drug development
  • Knowledge of US pharmaceutical promotional regulations
  • Experience with Veeva Vault MedComms or Promo
  • Mats preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
